Simon completed a state-of-the-art winery on site for the 2010 harvest, and made his first wines in 2011: two still whites (Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc), rosé (Pinot Blanc/Dornfelder) and sparkling (Chardonnay/Pinot Noir). Stopham welcomes visits by prior arrangement and runs regular vineyard and winery tours. Tours runs on some Thursdays and most Fridays over the summer, with some additional dates available during Autumn and Winter.
